Richard is a Senior Enterprise PCI Specialist for a Level 1 Merchant headquartered in NYC, National General Insurance. As the ISA for a Fortune 1000 company, he is responsible for "all things PCI" and works closely with 3rd party QSAs on a regular basis. While living in the Piedmont Triad for nearly 20 years, and focusing on PCI for nearly half of those, Richard has a proven track record of assisting Merchants and Service Providers of all sizes as they navigate their way to becoming PCI compliant.
